Mission:

The Client Solutions Architect will be responsible for collaborating across the Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operational organizations within Andros to ensure a strong match between client needs and Andros’ portfolio of Provider Network Management Solutions. Both internally and externally, this person must be a strong leader and will be a strategic, expert voice when discussing Andros’ offerings as well as the Provider Network Management market more broadly.

Externally, you will ensure that prospects and clients understand the proposed solution, how it will meet their needs, and how it is different from alternative solutions. You will lead the solution discovery process, including the occasional facilitation of discovery and solution-design workshops with the client. You will own putting together proposals for key prospects, including documentation, presentation, pricing communication and demonstration of the solution end-to-end.

Internally, you will ensure that the right Andros participants are brought into the solutioning process at the right times. You help inform and reinforce our product strategy by guiding clients to the solutions that are most beneficial to them and to Andros. You set our delivery teams up for success by ensuring that your proposed solutions match our standardized set of products and services. In this way, your work is key to our ability to deliver on what was sold with a high degree of satisfaction for the client and profitability for Andros.

Outcomes:

  • Collaboratively support the sales cycle of andros’s most strategic and complex clients by guiding clients to the solution suite that will best fit their needs and ensure Andros’ ability to deliver with excellence.
    • Act as an integral part of the pre-sales cycle by actively listening to the needs, challenges and goals of prospects, while being able to educate and find aligned value with our existing processes to reduce the amount of changes and customization within our product
    • Inform Customer Success, Product and Operations of client requirements and expectations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to solution implementation
    • Sell ideas to groups of individuals to get consensus on a pathway forward or quickly disqualify when criteria is not aligned.. On the client side, this means articulating how our existing solution can satisfy their requirements. Internally, this means helping to reach a consensus as to whether or not we want to build out the customization a client requires. Ensure a strong technical and operational match between client requirements and andros capabilities throughout the sales process.
    • Strategic problem solving by identifying creative solutions to meet clients needs
  • Work as an expert fact finder and ask the right technical questions when faced with a list of requirements from the customer. Then, translate those into potential red flags for andros that need to be addressed prior to SOW signature
    • Based on the information from the client, act as a subject matter expert to help find a solution
    • Stay up to date on product updates to have a deep understanding of our product capabilities
  • Lead the process to link benefits and internal ROI to andros capabilities by creating analyses of tangible process improvements for our customers.
  • Lead the development and delivery of technical presentations and product demonstrations that highlight andros unique capabilities.
    • Responsible for the qualitative and quantitative review and sign-off of presentations, ROI, workflow analysis as well as proposals
    • Lead product demonstrations and definition of new product requirements around a client’s business strategy and operational imperatives.
  • Lead the implementation and onboarding of enterprise level engagements or clients that have scooped work that requires development of features to support.
    • Lead client kickoff meetings and facilitate ongoing requirements gathering and present stakeholder status updates on an as-needed basis.
    • Finalize and document requirements in a business requirement document.
    • Work with Product and Operations to develop an implementation project plan.
    • Track and communicate progress both internally and externally.
    • Manage risks and mitigation plans with internal and external stakeholders.

Role-Specific Competencies:

  1. Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of Provider Network Management, data platforms, and software technology
  2. Communication: Able to effectively and concisely communicate to our external and internal stakeholders and translate complicated technical jargon into easy to understand language

  4. Strategic Problem Solving: Experience developing complex proposals for large deal values in what is a relatively “consultative sale”
  5. Persistence — Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to overcome obstacles presence can present effectively and has the ability to 'read the room', so that they can influence an audience
  6. Detail-oriented: Pay close attention and notice minor details. Able to give a task their undivided attention and catch mistakes, errors, or changes before they snowball into a bigger problem.
  7. Drive — has an inner fire that pushes him/her to go beyond personal goals and take pride in assisting clients and the company to reach their goals
  8. Teachable — open to mentoring, continuous learning, and constructive feedback to better one’s business and sales acumen
  9. Strategic — able to create an account-based strategy that clearly identifies the desired business outcomes of the account and how our offerings achieve those outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years within healthcare, preferably at a health plan is required
  • Network development experience is a plus
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Business development or other commercial role is a plus
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • The candidate's experience could include sales, technical, or project management experience, but any of those experiences within a health plan would be especially helpful.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time

Salary Range:

$150,000 +
