Alium.io is hiring an ambitious and creative Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll learn the ropes of outbound sales from proven startup operators, this role reports directly into our Head of Sales.

What you’ll do at Alium

  • Research and identify high-potential accounts and key decision makers
  • Write and send personalized outbound messaging (email, LinkedIn, even carrier pigeon, whatever works)
  • Track outreach efforts and contribute ideas to improve our playbooks
  • Test new messaging and strategies with the sales and marketing teams
  • Contribute to GTM strategies for conferences and field events
