Alium is seeking a Customer Success Associate to help enterprise tech vendors - especially those in ecommerce, martech, and cybersecurity - get maximum value from our AI-driven intelligence. You’ll work closely with customers who rely on our insights to better understand market needs, evaluate competitors, and close more deals. Topics our customers engage with range from headless commerce to personalization, order management, analytics, and beyond. Your role will be to ensure they understand how to apply these insights effectively, and to act as their advocate as we evolve our product.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role (straight out of college is fine too!)
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Insatiable eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise tech is a plus but not required
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot is helpful
  • Ability to travel 8 to 12 times per year

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through their first weeks using Alium
  • Serve as a trusted partner by helping customers access, understand, and apply our intelligence
  • Track and improve customer engagement and adoption
  • Collaborate with the Product and Research teams to surface customer feedback
  • Help evolve the CS function by contributing to documentation, processes, and playbooks
  • Attend select industry conferences and customer events to strengthen relationships and gather feedback
