Why we’re hiring

Alloy is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to plan and execute a marketing strategy that engages and activates our data and channel partners in order to achieve revenue goals. This person will be part of the marketing team but work closely with our partner teams, focused on acquiring new partners, as well as continuing to deepen our relationships with existing partners.

The ideal candidate is creative and thoughtful with a deep understanding and proven track record in planning and delivering marketing initiatives in collaboration with various partners. Working closely with Alloy’s partner team, this role will provide marketing guidance across all facets of marketing campaigns and build direct relationships with marketing counterparts at partner companies. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with our sales, client success, partner, demand gen, events, PR and content marketing teams to execute the strategy.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday).

  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans and KPIs, including lead-generation programs, to grow and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue
  • Work with partner team to create targeted new partner acquisition programs / ABM strategy and GTM plans
  • Share partnerships-based success stories with internal and external audiences
  • Develop sales tools for the partners and enable them to sell Alloy
  • Manage our public-facing partner marketplace
  • Engage and coordinate partner activities with Alloy marketing and sales teams including events, content, trainings, and sponsorships
  • Develop joint solution messaging, positioning and customer-facing collateral with partners
  • Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of partners on opportunity creation, pipeline, sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and success

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a partner marketing or demand generation role
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and independent worker
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including presenting
  • Strong team player – great interpersonal and cross-group working skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and external partner teams
  • Project Management Skills – ability to initiate, design, own and manage a project end to end

The following range is based on the scoped level within the organization and only for highly targeted geographies: $116k-172k NYC
