Mission:
The mission of the IT Team is to ensure that all employees in a remote-first environment have the technology they need to get their jobs done. Your role specifically is to provide customer-focused technical end-user support for the company’s technology services including hardware and network troubleshooting, desktop software support, and response to system and security alerts.
Outcomes:
- Provide technical support for Andros' employees and contractors
- Manage technical support ticket queue by being the first touch on all tickets
- Support and manage third party and internal software applications
- Assist in the maintenance of endpoint and data security systems
- Manage Rippling IT MDM Platform and assist with Application Management
- Provide onsite support as needed in our collaborative space in St Louis Park for customer and company meetings
- Provide onboarding training for new hires
- Assist in various IT initiatives and projects
- Endpoint lifecycle management
- Atlassian Platform Support

- Incorporates broad functional business and industry knowledge to develop business-aligned IT strategies
- Has a passion for people development, innovation, process improvement, and technology
- Relevant technologies/software: Google Suite, AWS, Atlassian Suite, Active Directory, O365 Security/Defender, VPN, Windows OS, Mac OS, Cloud-VOIP
- Experience with the Rippling IT Cloud is a plus
- Certifications - Experienced multi-software admin, working knowledge of NIST security policies and SOC2 / HI-TRUST security policies, and G Suite Admin Certification are a plus for the role
- Must be able to manage and schedule multiple projects on an ongoing basis with the ability to prioritize and work independently and as a team member
Desired Qualifications:
- Ideally based in the Greater Minneapolis-St.Paul Area
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-4+ years of IT experience required
- Experience supporting a remote, geographically dispersed workforce
Salary Range:
$60,000-$65,000
