What You’ll Do:
Product Marketing
Own the successful launch and ongoing promotion of new products and features across the Chief product portfolio through designing impactful strategies, action plans, and impeccable execution
Craft compelling value propositions and messaging for products and features, considering audience needs, market landscape, and other strategic factors
Develop and execute go-to-market launch strategies, collaborating closely with Product, Membership Sales, Marketing, Creative and other cross-functional teams
Build deep product & member knowledge leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform go-to-market strategies and A/B testing to optimize communications and experiences
Manage complex projects, develop processes to achieve scale, and drive alignment with stakeholders
Member Marketing
Evolve Chief’s Member Marketing strategy, developing member campaigns that support emerging needs and business transformation for the organization, while also driving member engagement, awareness, and participation rate
Oversee company-wide strategic communications calendar– setting the overall timeline for member-facing communications from cross-functional teams such as Product, Brand, Partnerships, Social Impact, Programming and more
Leverage data and insights to determine the effectiveness of ongoing member campaigns and newsletters to drive conversion
Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Member Experience to optimize lifecycle marketing
Partner with senior leadership in PR, Brand, Sales, and Member Experience to ensure all member-facing collateral and communications are consistent with internal brand and voice
Oversee member marketing budget, efficiently allocating funds toward items and events that drive member loyalty and retention.
What You’ve Done and Enjoy Doing:
Deep empathy for the customer (member) experience and member journey mapping
Product or launch marketing experience, including campaign strategy/development, messaging, segmentation, and A/B testing
Ability to quickly connect features and benefits with user needs and translate into value props and impactful campaigns and collateral with strong calls-to-action
Strong analytical skills, leveraging data-driven hypothesis to develop strategy, business impact, and ongoing KPI measurement and achievement
Ability to balance short-term gains with long-term impact and prioritize a roadmap
Proven track record in building collaborative partnerships across multi-disciplinary teams, including product management, design, insights, sales, and brand marketing
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization
Highly organized self-starter, with experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced multifaceted environment
Strong team management skills with direct and indirect reports and fostering a high-performing team culture
Fundamental knowledge/understanding of a marketing automation tools such as Braze; track record of success leveraging those tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi-touch campaigns

The base salary for this role is: $160,000
Chief participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
