About the Role:
As a Membership Development Representative (MDR) with Chief, your role will be instrumental in building our membership base of executive leaders. You will help us identify potential new members, manage and execute our qualification process, and ultimately partner with a Membership Manager in growing our membership nationally.
What You’ll Do:
Vet and qualify inbound leads under rigorous membership qualification criteria
Identify and present profiles for additional review with membership leadership
Convert interview bookings to Membership Managers
Generate strategic prospects and opportunities through outbound lead generation, review of historical leads, waitlist management, and other initiatives
Leverage custom marketing cadences to follow up with potential new members to secure bookings; regularly update, customize, and refresh outreach copy
Manage pipeline by fielding incoming questions and objections to ultimately secure bookings
Own, manage and action on multiple external-facing inboxes and respond to various inquiries in a timely and professional manner, working with communications to manage escalations and sensitive responses
Analyze and summarize business KPIs and market insights for core functions and special initiatives, in collaboration with growth analyst and revenue operations
Identify process enhancements and operational efficiencies, leveraging tools and automations, and partner with revenue operations to reach our bookings target
Troubleshoot lead routing and other operational complexities in collaboration with analysts, revenue operations, engineering and marketing operations
Forge cross-functional relationships with revenue operations, membership, product marketing, & retention
Cold calling is not a function of this role
What You’ve Done and Enjoy Doing:
High-energy, proactive, nimble, creative, self-starter and excited to learn and roll up your sleeves in a startup environment
Strong interest in marketing and sales; goal and revenue-driven mentality
Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented
Passion for the Company’s mission, positioning and brand — to empower women in business and spark change from the top
Previous experience with reaching a quota and pipeline management is ideal
Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, Marketo, Braze or equivalent software is a plus

The base salary for this role is: $80,000
Chief participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
