Member and partner retention is core to Chief’s mission and stands as a top priority across the organization. As an Sr. Enterprise Member Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role as an individual contributor, leading engagement and retention efforts for our Enterprise partners. This includes day-to-day management and the ongoing retention of Chief’s B2B members and relationships.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in sales and customer success, exceptional data fluency and presentation skills, and experience driving user engagement. You should be confident in managing complex partnerships at scale and comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment. Our Enterprise team thrives on creative thinking, adaptability, and teamwork.
This role may also flex into Sr. Enterprise Relationship Manager (RM) responsibilities as needed—supporting renewals, upsells, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term success for our partners.
Achieve both individual and team retention + ARR goals on a quarterly basis
Drive Enterprise member engagement and implement custom member-level and partner-level interventions
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess the health and satisfaction of the partner, their member engagement, milestones, and metrics for success
Work directly with partner point of contact on ongoing requests regarding member concerns and engagement
Execute the B2B service model, including key touchpoints, reporting, branded decks, monthly/quarterly review templates, and success metrics
Present Chief membership and benefits to new and renewing Enterprise members at in person and virtual orientations
Host 1:1 and group calls with Enterprise cohorts to drive engagement, understand feedback, and create custom solutions
Scope upsell opportunities and notify partners of employee interest in Chief to expand existing partnerships
Contribute to overall strategy of the B2B customer journey and proactively recommend process improvements where you see opportunity
Collaborate with internal teams on member transitions year over year
Collaborate with internal Experience, Core, and Product teams on member-related issue resolution and escalation management
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chief’s services, products, and network
Serve as the voice of Enterprise members to help the broader Chief team continue to iterate on services
Up to 25% travel may be required to engage with Enterprise members at Chief events and external activations
Experience in B2B sales, partner or client-facing roles, and interest in relationship-based sales
Experienced in using a data-driven approach to analysis, creating decks, and presenting recommendations to customers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal goals
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving work environments
Working on a nimble and flexible team and contributing to team goals
Able to present to and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level
Creative problem solver who is confident leading complex conversations

The base salary for this role is: $130,000
