The Team Lead, Community will help ensure the Chief community is consistently engaged, supported, and connected. This role will report into the Senior Director, Community & Experience, and help manage and support Chief’s team of incredible Community Managers across the country in delivering a best-in-class community experience.
Execute to deliver on a comprehensive community vision and strategy that continually provides impactful member experiences that drive engagement and retention.
Maintain a pulse on the leadership landscape to ensure Chief is delivering what executive women leaders need to excel.
Partner to lead the Community Team and ensure they have the clarity, guidance, and support to foster and drive community engagement in each market – including but not limited to in person and virtual events, making 1:1 connections, facilitating digital engagement, and supporting members in self-organizing.
Visit Chief markets across the country to ensure community team is supported and Chief members feel boots on the ground
Collaborate with member-facing stakeholders (Clubhouse, Events, Concierge teams) to ensure members receive one cohesive experience.
Partner with member-enablement stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Partnerships) to ensure members remain continuously informed, aware, and excited to take advantage of all their Chief membership has to offer.
Serve as a point of contact for community-related Member escalations.
Measure & report on interest, engagement, satisfaction, and Chief member feedback – and use member data to continue to iterate and refine Community offerings on an ongoing basis.
Manage individuals, including weekly 1:1s, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance to help your team thrive and successfully lead a best-in-class community.
Support the Head of Community & Experience in providing internal reporting and status updates on the Community team’s initiatives, and manage and report on Budget usage.
Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, openness, and accountability.
Experience in building and scaling large member communities in person, and virtually
Proven success in leading strong teams, including providing ongoing coaching, support, and accountability
Ability to be member-facing and interface with executive leaders
Deep understanding of the executive profile that Chief exists to support and the passion to help grow and further this as we grow
A ‘no job is too small’ attitude; willing to be scrappy to ensure we are continuously evolving in service of the member experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
Self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for excellence, always looking beyond the available options when up against roadblocks
Passion for reaching ambitious KPIs as well as experience measuring and reporting on KPIs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products is a must
Knowledge of Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, and Notion are a plus

The base salary for this role is: $150,000
Chief participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
