About the Role

Dandy is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The IT team at Dandy is responsible for a fleet of employees, manufacturing labs devices, and customer devices. The Senior Asset Manager will oversee the management of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Asset Management, with expertise in developing and implementing asset management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize asset usage, control costs, and ensure compliance. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement IT Asset Management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize asset usage, control costs, and ensure compliance with regulations and agreements.

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, to maximize value and minimize risks.

  • Responsible for the alignment of systems and business processes required to support asset tracking, inventory management, and reporting.

  • Establish and maintain effective IT Asset Management governance structures, processes, and controls, including roles and responsibilities, workflows, and approval mechanisms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment of asset management practices with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to IT Asset Management, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes related to IT Asset Management, and incorporate relevant knowledge into asset management practices.

  • Travel to various locations to conduct/oversee inventory audits monthly.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles, practices, and standards, such as ITIL, ISO 55000, or COBIT.

  • Experience developing and implementing IT Asset Management strategies, policies, and procedures in a complex organizational environment.

  • Proficiency in IT asset management tools and technologies.

  • Must have Netsuite experience.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
