About the Role
We are seeking a Sr Manager, Web Experience to join our Growth team and play an integral role in supporting our GTM initiatives. This role will help drive Dandy’s customer acquisition program through continued website expansion & optimization. You will be directly overseeing the web development, content management, SEO, and conversion rate optimization programs. We’re looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing & an understanding of B2B marketing best practices.
What You'll Do

Web Development:
Oversee Dandy’s web development agency, coordinating development prioritization and sprints.
Expand Dandy’s component library to create a structured, flexible website.
Drive user experience, information architecture, and conversion strategy as we expand the website.
Consistently QA the website and hunt down bugs.

Content Management:
Hands on content management within Dandy’s CMS, Wordpress.
Work with cross-functional teams to build & publish new web pages with existing components.

SEO:
Work with Dandy’s SEO agency and internal content teams to expand Dandy’s search presence through technical optimization and content growth.

Conversion Rate Optimization:
Develop and manage a website testing roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Deploy and analyze experiments on the website to drive lead generation and inform future marketing strategy.

Reporting and Analysis:
Use Google Analytics and other analysis tools to drive the website strategy from a data-backed perspective.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in a web experience related role
Experience working with web developers & managing development sprints
Strong understanding of SEO best practices
Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization best practice, including building, running and analyzing experiments
A builder that loves to be hands on and in-platform
Experience in B2B high growth tech company
Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value
Overall track record of professional and academic success
