About the Role
Dandy is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The person will support our team by completing daily fulfillment operations based in Lehi, Utah. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the sales and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
We partner with customers across the country and route thousands of orders to dental practices and dental labs per month. You will ensure that the supply side of our marketplace can keep up with demand by helping our Fulfillment team complete orders safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has strong personal accountability for results, a desire for excellence, and comfort operating in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
What You'll Do
Work as a Team: Effectively collaborate with other team members to quickly and accurately execute daily operational tasks.
Problem Solve: We rely on our team to help identify ways to make our processes best serve our customers safely and efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies and help create better processes to fix the issues.
Pick and Ship Out Online Orders: Accurately pick products based on order details and prepare items for shipping. Ensure all orders are packed securely and shipped in a timely manner.
Inventory Counting: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure product availability and accuracy. Report any discrepancies and help maintain inventory integrity.
Receiving Inventory: Unload and inspect incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders. Properly store items in the designated warehouse locations.
Restocking Inventory: Restock shelves and storage areas as needed, maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipment and ensure all items meet company quality standards.
Work with Laptops and Technology: Use laptops, scanners, and inventory management software to track orders, update stock levels, and manage daily tasks.
Accurately enter customer orders into the system from various sources (email, phone, online portal, etc.).
Review orders for completeness and product availability.
Communicate with internal departments to resolve order issues or discrepancies.
Confirm order details with customers when needed and provide updates on order status.
Maintain organized records of orders and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
Assist with order tracking, cancellations, changes, and returns as needed.
Identify and escalate issues that may affect order fulfillment or customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for order processing.
What We're Looking For
Ability to be full-time in a warehouse setting on Monday through Friday. You’ll have some flexibility in selecting a work shift for 8 hours per day between 7am and 8pm.
1-2 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or operations at a high growth company.
Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure a solution.
Naturally organized and detail-oriented.
Curious and capable of learning new things quickly.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical activity
