Hours: M-F; 12pm–4pm

Pay: $18 CAD per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to support our operations with a primary focus on managing inbound and outbound deliveries, including operations and inventory management for our equipment and products. This role will also handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing routine logistics coordination with flexible office support duties.

What You'll Do:

Deliveries & Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, couriers, and suppliers.

  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Order Management & Inventory

  • Support order processing workflows, including entry, tracking, and confirmation.

  • Monitor fulfillment accuracy and address discrepancies or delays.

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding order status.

  • Manage accurate inventory and shipment statuses within the order system.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks (scheduling, supply ordering, data entry).

  • Assist with vendor communications and invoice reconciliation as needed.

  • Support operational projects and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in office administration, logistics coordination, and order management.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and/or ERP/order management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity, managing multiple priorities.
