About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Senior Manager of Information Technology to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in scaling the IT operations at Dandy. You’ll be able to work with a global set of internal stakeholders and make technology decisions to improve our customer’s experience with Dandy.

What You'll Do

  • The incumbent will need to work proactively to support various internal and external stakeholders while seeking to standardize related tech services throughout Dandy
  • Leads the development, implementation, and oversight of all IT-related processes and solutions ( hardware, software, communication network, policies, etc…) for Dandy
  • Supports long-range planning of IT services for Dandy, staying current on trends in the industry and ensuring Dandy is current on necessary technologies
  • Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to operations in the event of emergencies or data loss
  • Ensures that the IT department’s Runbook and Emergency procedures are kept up to date - establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for the improvement of new and existing IT infrastructure
  • Develops and maintains relationships with various MSPs

What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS degree and/or at least 6+ years of progressively responsible IT leadership, with the related technical experience required
  • Subject matter expertise with the following technologies: Google Workspace, GCP, Atlassian, Slack, Intune, OpenVPN, BetterCloud, and WIFI appliances
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail - the ideal candidate can identify areas of improvement/gaps in our current offerings and rally cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
  • The ability to work independently but within a team environment
  • Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining solid relationships with management and peers

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge and experience in HIPAA, HITECH regulatory requirements

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $160,000 - 170,000 plus equity. Actual compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the primary work location, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
