Overview

As a Partner Manager, you'll be a part of a journey to expand our partner ecosystem. You'll build close relationships with our partners to unlock a diverse array of new solutions, integrations, and complementary capabilities for our Electric users. You will be responsible for helping to shape and grow the partner team and own and grow key partnerships from recruitment to launch and owning growth. You will also be comfortable working closely with the Product, Marketing and Sales teams to drive opportunities to Electric and help deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

What you’ll do

  • You'll deliver against the customer acquisition and revenue targets established for each partner
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners and act as the liaison with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Services and Customer Success
  • Build and strengthen partner relationships including developing and maintaining annual plans, managing ongoing status meetings and facilitating QBRs
  • Optimize internal processes and operations relating to partner and solutions
  • Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation opportunities and work with the Marketing and Sales team to support these opportunities
  • Create, maintain and update partner specific assets including marketing resources, internal and external enablement materials
  • Own the rollout of new partnerships and all facets of the GTM project plan including internal training and enablement, customer marketing and enablement
  • Leading partner enablement programs by working with your partner counterparts to build sales training content that aligns internal and external objectives across all applicable sales channels
  • Grow partner relationships via optimization of existing integrations, new integration opportunities and ways to market the integration to the partners’ user base
  • Contribute to Electric’s overall partnership strategy

Who you are

  • 4+ years experience working with strategic partners or customers in a Partner Manager, Account Manager, Business Development or Customer Success role in the technology space, preferably with experience with a SaaS business model
  • Experience working with varying partners, both internal and external, and strong client management skills, preferably with experience with strategic product partnerships
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and amazing organizational skills
  • A problem-solving work style that is collaborative, positive and consultative
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Comfort working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, and the ability to bring process and structure to a new function at Electric
  • Highly motivated self-starter. Operates with a sense of urgency and values accountability
  • Strong relationship-building skills

Where?

We are headquartered in NYC, with an office in Denton, TX and remote locations across 27 states. Our largest markets outside of the Tri-State area and Dallas-Fort Worth area are San Diego, Denver, Raleigh. We embrace a hybrid culture and offer opportunities throughout the year for folks to get together in regional markets or at HQ. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
