About the Role
We’re accelerating the pace of mineral discovery. Geochemistry is a critical part of that process. In this role, you'll lead ExploreTech's geochemistry program. That means setting up in-house geochemistry analyis capabilities. You'll work with field teams to sample and process geeochemical data as close to real-time as possible. You'll also work closely with a team of software engineers to build software that makes everything lightning fast.
Responsibilities
- Set up lab equipment
- Develop on-site geochemistry capabilities
- Work with software engineers to develop analysis software
- Support mineral exploration teams during field campaigns
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in geological science with a focus on geochemistry
- 5+ years professional experience in exploration
- Familiar with geochemical labs
- Able to travel to remote parts of the US and world
