Responsibilities

• Provide local and remote technical support to end-users
• Maintain the local IT inventory
• Install and trouble-shoot end-user software that complies with SRAM standards
• Provide Mobile device (Smartphone) support
• MS Active Directory user account maintenance and Group Membership
• Email support for end-users using Outlook and/or Webmail
• Administer Disaster Recovery procedures using approved data backup solution
• Support of other office systems: Conference Room A/V equipment, Network, Printers, etc.
• Provide basic office telephone system support
• Lead and manage local IT projects
• Train end users on new and existing solutions
• Manage dedicated IT systems and programs
• Coordinate and purchase local IT equipment for end users
• Work as part of a global team

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT Help desk or IT Support; within an international environment is a pre
• Excellent software knowledge (DB knowledge is a pre)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Service minded with good communication skills
• Accurate and strong detail-focused
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and hands-on mentality
• Ability to provide technical training
• Flexible and open minded
