Overview


Responsible for breaking down project tasks and strategic goals into actionable initiatives. This role involves coordinating, collaborating, communicating, managing, and leading complex project dependencies and team resources.

Responsibilities


  • Implement and own project management tools
  • Delegate and track project tasks, collaborating with the DMT
  • Track project performance
  • Scope project resources and identify conflicts
  • Own and share the project timeline
  • Lead and contribute to meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
  • Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and clients, identifying moments to leverage emerging opportunities
  • Ensure all projects operate according to schedule and in support of high-level team objectives
  • Establish process, set standards, and ensure work meets quality standards
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to eliminate waste and increase quality of work

Qualifications


  • BA in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field
  • 5+ years of project or team management experience
  • Digital marketing experience in an agency or brand setting
  • Sound understanding of digital and web marketing principles
  • Awareness and understanding of UX and UI best practices
  • Awareness and understanding of general e-commerce best practices and trends
  • Proven experience taking design from idea through execution
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Project management software experience (Monday.com, Atlassian, Asana, or similar)
  • Collaborative individual with experience working across brand, marketing, and digital teams
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience and skills
  • Eligible for annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance
