About The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, working closely with the Commercial Team to identify, engage, and qualify new leads.

You will have the chance to learn the ropes of biotech sales, network with key industry players, and develop a foundational understanding of the life sciences market. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about science and sales and eager to learn in a fast-paced, startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential customers (lead generation and prospecting)
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage new customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and research goals to determine if they are a good fit.
  • Maintain and update our CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead information, interactions, and sales activities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Business Development Managers to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the biotech space to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Assist the Commercial Team with scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide feedback to help refine our sales strategy and processes.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have a strong interest in the life sciences industry and a desire to learn about the commercial side of biotech.
  • You are a "people person" with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are a highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • You are resilient, persistent, and not afraid of rejection. You view "no" as an opportunity to learn.
  • You are a team player who is excited to work collaboratively with our small, but mighty team.
  • Prior sales, customer service, or cold-calling experience (even from internships or part-time jobs) is a plus!

Compensation is market-competitive with a yearly cash base of $65k - $80k plus equity.
