About The Role

We are looking for a versatile, data-driven, and scientifically-minded Marketing leader to own the end-to-end marketing strategy. You will be responsible for everything from technical brand architecture and B2B Go-To-Market strategy to the execution of account-based marketing and sales enablement. This role requires a unique blend of technical scientific literacy, strategic B2B storytelling, and the grit to navigate complex sales cycles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel GTM plans to establish our ingredient as the "gold standard" within the nutraceutical and functional food categories.
  • Own the brand identity, ensuring that our scientific credibility and "Claims-to-Commerce" value proposition are consistent across all stakeholder touch points.
  • Manage marketing budgets and specialized technical PR/marketing agencies, providing direction for trade show strategy and industry thought leadership.
  • Drive high-value lead acquisition through targeted account-based marketing (ABM), technical SEO (for formulators and R&D), and strategic industry partnerships.
  • Optimize the adoption lifecycle by creating high-utility technical assets—white papers, stability data sheets, and application notes—that reduce friction for R&D teams.
  • Run data-driven experiments to identify new "white space" applications for our ingredient across diverse delivery formats (e.g., powders, gummies, functional beverages).
  • Distill complex clinical data and bio-manufacturing breakthroughs into compelling, legally compliant structure/function claims that help our customers win at retail.
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to influence the R&D roadmap, ensuring our product pipeline meets evolving regulatory and sustainability standards.
  • Act as the liaison between Science and Sales, ensuring technical benefits are translated into commercial ROI.
  • Equip the sales team with "bottom-of-the-funnel" tools, including technical dossiers, formulation guides, ROI calculators, and best-in-class sampling programs.
  • Build documentation work streams for regulatory compliance and marketing collateral to ensure all claims are substantiated and accessible.
  • Monitor KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, formulation trials, and sample-to-contract conversion rates).

About You:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B Product Marketing or Demand Gen. Experience in the biotech, nutraceutical, or specialty ingredient space is required.
  • You have experience taking a technical or "unseen" product from the lab to a successful commercial launch.
  • You are comfortable reading clinical studies and can translate into benefits that a Brand Manager understands.
  • Expert knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • You are proficient in tying technical validation (e.g., pilot results) to validated market needs and financial ROI.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to engage with key commercial accounts and anchor industry trade shows.

Compensation is market-competitive with a yearly cash base of $70k - $#95k plus equity.
