This is a 6-month paid, in-lab position in NYC and applicants will be scheduled to work 20-29 hours per week.

What You’ll Do
- Assist scientists with various experiments
- Organization and maintenance of lab equipment
- Perform other support activities such as inventory checks, ordering, collection and distribution of new lab consumables and materials
- Contribute to preparing weekly presentations of your work and results from in-lab experiments
- Maintain daily accurate records of laboratory activities on electronic lab notebook
- You have an Undergraduate Degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, chemistry, etc.
- You have wet lab experience either through classes or internships
- You have strong pipetting skills
- You are able to perform basic calculations for dilutions and concentrations
- You are able to travel and work on-site in our lab.
- You have strong verbal and written communication
- You are able to deliver projects and assignments within timeframes and budgets
- You are willing to learn and motivated to work independently
- You have an “anything is possible” attitude and no ego
