Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Administrator at HLTH, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem to enhance our event management processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform aligns with our business goals and provides efficient solutions to our event management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:

   - Customize Salesforce to meet specific event management requirements, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

   - Implement automation processes, such as workflow rules, process builder, and flows, to streamline event-related tasks.

   

2. Data Management:

   - Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce by monitoring and maintaining data hygiene.

   - Import, export, and update data as necessary, including attendee and exhibitor information.

3. User Training and Support:

   - Provide training and support to Salesforce users within the organization, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.

   - Address user issues and troubleshoot technical problems promptly.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

   - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track event-related metrics, such as registration, attendance, and revenue.

   - Assist in data analysis to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

5. Integration Management:

   - Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other relevant systems, such as marketing automation tools and payment gateways.

6. Security and Access Control:

   - Manage user profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure data security and proper access controls.

   - Stay updated on Salesforce security best practices and implement necessary security measures.

7. Documentation:

   - Document system changes, configurations, and processes for reference and training purposes.

   - Maintain up-to-date documentation of customizations and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Salesforce Administrator certification.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in an event management or similar industry.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and related tools.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of event management processes and industry-specific software is a plus.
