About the Role

The Market Connect Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Market Connect Team with all administrative program details and deliverables. This position reports to the Head of Networks & Investors. This role is critical in the growth strategy of the organization with significant visibility, crossover into other departments, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders including partners and sponsors. Well qualified candidates will have worked in a support role for sales, support and/or account management for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports all aspects of the Market Connect Program from year round strategic planning to facilitating onsite logistics and execution.
  • Research key industry partner organizations to expand Connect Program affiliate relationships (working with Director of Partnerships)
  • Provide excellent customer service and support for participants, sponsors and partners associated with the program, delivering a consistent, high-level experience with close attention to detail
  • Assist in maintaining data integrating with various platforms working with Product and Marketing Teams.
  • Monitor and provide support in our HelpScout Inbox: answering customer questions/concerns, and guiding users with useful information on how to navigate the platform.
  • Assist Connect Team to build and nurture relationships with clients, partners and key personnel within their organizations to maximize the growth of Connect program
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three (3)+ yearsʼ experience in a support or service role
  • Comfortable with client-facing activities and working with High-level, C-suite executives
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple aspects at each event
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self motivated, independent and goal oriented
  • Technologically adept : Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce/Hubspot
  • Positive attitude with good common sense
  • Problem Solver, out of box thinker
  • Team Player including ability to wear multiple hats
  • Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn fast and be flexible (our industry and company move fast and roles often change as we grow)
