About the Role:

We are looking for a hungry, smart and organised sales rep to join the HLTH team in London. You’ll be focussed entirely on ‘hunting’ and bringing new accounts to HLTH in Europe (and possibly beyond). You will have experience managing a large pipeline (150+ opportunities), selling B2B (ideally within the events space) and you’ll be a great self sourcer.

This is a high impact and fast-paced client facing role. Ideally you will have an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Europe with experience in Radiology. This position is based in the United Kingdom with a minimum of three days a week in our London office. It also requires international travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source leads
  • You’ll source leads through industry newsletters, events and LinkedIn
  • You’ll also respond to a small allocation of inbound leads in a timely manner (and update the marketing team on the quality and success of these leads)
  • You’ll seek referrals and grow your potential book of business through a proactive and organised approach
  • Understand customers
  • You will understand the challenges your customers face related to doing business within European healthcare
  • You will learn to position the HLTH solution(s) appropriately
  • You will learn to create and share pitch decks for customers that are tailored to their needs
  • You will develop an understanding of European healthcare
  • Hit and exceed goals
  • You will forecast your sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • You will work to create (very simple) quarterly business plans that will help you hit and exceed your goals
  • You will be comfortable managing a pipeline with 150+ opportunities in it and be able to prioritise outreach and follow up accordingly
  • You will be comfortable selling to senior management (Director/VP and above), and to pitching on video calls multiple times per week. This is an outbound sales role where you will spend the majority of your week sourcing and hunting
  • You will constantly seek new revenue opportunities and work collaboratively with the team to deliver them
  • You will keep the CRM accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

  • Consistent top sales performer with a track record of exceeding goals
  • 2+ years selling to senior level client contacts
  • Experience in Radiology preferred
  • Relentlessly client focused
