About Inspiren

Inspiren offers the most complete and connected ecosystem in senior living. Founded by Michael Wang, a former Green Beret turned cardiothoracic nurse, Inspiren proves that compassionate care and technology can coexist - bringing peace of mind to residents, families, and staff.

Our integrated solutions seamlessly fit into existing workflows, capturing everything happening within a community. Backed by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, we provide the data operators need to make informed clinical and operational decisions - driving efficiency, profitability, and better care outcomes.

About the Role
Customer Product Marketing is a core extension of Product Marketing at Inspiren. This role owns customer-facing product marketing post-signature and ensures that Inspiren’s value is clearly understood, adopted, and proven throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will sit at the intersection of Product Marketing, Clinical Success, Training, and Content. Your focus is turning real customer experience and outcomes into enablement, advocacy, and customer marketing that drives adoption, retention, and expansion. You will also serve as a key steward of the voice of the customer, building structured feedback loops that inform product narratives, roadmap conversations, and go-to-market strategy.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong product thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex products and ecosystems into clear, compelling value for customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own customer-facing product marketing post-signature across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Translate Inspiren’s product and ecosystem into clear, compelling customer education that drives adoption.
  • Build customer-facing marketing toolkits and playbooks that help communities drive internal awareness, engagement, and sustained adoption.
  • Partner with Training, Enablement, and Clinical Success to ensure customer messaging reflects the latest product capabilities.
  • Support product launches and GTM releases with customer-ready messaging and lifecycle communications.
  • Develop always-on nurture programs that reinforce product education and value beyond implementation.
  • Identify advocacy-ready customers and partner with Content to produce strong proof, including case studies and testimonials.
  • Support CS and Account Management with standardized narratives for QBRs, EBRs, and expansion conversations.
  • Serve as the structured customer voice within Product Marketing, translating customer usage and feedback into insights that inform product narratives and roadmap discussions.
  • Act as a connective layer across Marketing, Product, Sales, Training, and Clinical Success, enabling alignment without duplicating ownership.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or a closely related role in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Strong product marketing instincts with the ability to translate complex products and systems into clear customer value.
  • Deep appreciation for the post-signature customer journey and what drives real adoption and expansion.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, CS, Training, Sales, and Content.
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented. You enjoy building frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with experience supporting executive-level and customer-facing narratives.
  • Data-informed and customer-obsessed. You value real usage, outcomes, and feedback.
  • Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
