The Role:

We’re hiring a Growth Operations Associate to serve as a highly dynamic, cross-functional teammate supporting our growth efforts across marketing, sales, and partnerships. It combines analytical horsepower, operational excellence, and project management with exposure to executive-level strategy.

You’ll be the connective tissue between go-to-market strategy, data integrity, and execution – helping us scale our revenue engine and bring structure to cross-functional projects.

This role reports directly to our Director of Sales.


What You’ll Do:

Growth & Marketing Operations

    • Maintain and optimize our growth tooling ecosystem (Hubspot, Google Sheets, Coefficient)
    • Identify and resolve data discrepancies between systems
    • Build and manage dashboards and processes for better pipeline tracking and forecasting
    • Track upsells, escalators, and other revenue sources not captured in current systems
    • Support marketing execution, including campaigns, events, and lead tracking
    • Support Sales Directors in research for target prospects

Cross-Functional Project Management

    • Lead projects across sales, marketing, and partnerships from concept to execution
    • Coordinate timelines, owners, and deliverables across functions
    • Maintain clear documentation and bring structure to evolving workflows
    • Assist in coordinating Request for Proposal (RFP) responses when received

Partnerships & Advisory Program Support

    • Help track and manage strategic partner and advisor relationships
    • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and deliverables across stakeholders
    • Support projects that expand go-to-market reach or strengthen our ecosystem

AI & Automation Integration

    • Test and implement AI tools that streamline marketing, sales, or ops workflows
    • Evaluate and recommend automation solutions to reduce manual tasks

You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or business analyst role (start-ups or early stage companies preferred)
  • Have strong project management skills - you keep things moving and people informed
  • Proficient with CRM and GTM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Outreach, or similar)
  • Data-savvy and comfortable using dashboards and spreadsheets to analyze campaign performance
  • Highly-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build and refine systems that drive efficiency
  • Strong communicator with the ability to write well-crafted outbound messages and collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly

The salary range for this role is $95,000-110,000. This role also offers benefits and equity. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
