Jukebox Health is looking for OTs who are passionate, empathetic, and committed to helping older adults and those with disabilities achieve their goal of living at home independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete home safety evaluations with clients and/or caregivers to determine ways to improve safety and independence in the home.
- Generate personalized reports for clients and/or caregivers, providing recommendations for basic home modifications and activity adjustments.
- Educate clients and caregivers on essential fall prevention strategies and techniques.
- Establish rapport and engage in collaborative discussions with clients and/or caregivers to meet their individual needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- State OT registration and licensure (required).
- Availability to conduct in-person home evaluations.
- Effective communication and clinical reasoning skills.
