About the role:

K Health is seeking a Pre-Visit Specialist to support our clinicians. We’re looking for a thorough and organized collaborator who is keenly aware of detail and has a strong work ethic. This role requires high acuity and sensitivity. This person thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly learn new tasks, clearly communicate any concerns and pivot to new tracks of work. With a bias for execution, the ideal candidate has a dedicated passion for excellence in delivering the highest quality of care to the patients we serve. #LI-Remote

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage an inbox of incoming and outgoing messages with patients to collect information needed prior to virtual healthcare visits
  • Confirm sufficient and accurate information is collected before directing patients to join healthcare visits with medical providers
  • Patient interaction to coordinate availability for rescheduling appointments
  • Calendar management for team of medical providers, including patient rescheduling for appointments
  • Works efficiently with the clinical teams to ensure a smooth flow for the patient and team.
  • Effectively provides back-up for other areas as needed.

  • Experience with G-Suite and Slack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends

Shifts Available:

Shift 1: S-TH: 12AM-8AM

Shift 2: S, M, F, SA: 9AM-8PM (S, M) 12AM-11AM (F, SA)

Shift 3: T, W, TH, F, SA: 3PM- 12AM

Shift 4: S-TH: 3PM-12AM (S,M) 10AM-7PM (T, W, TH)

All shifts are in the Pacific Time Zone.

Compensation:
$18$21 USD

K Health offers competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
