About the role:

We're looking for a Digital Designer to lead all visual design touch points across K Health’s brand and marketing channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines and overseeing the expansion of our brand asset library.
  • Creating visually engaging product and explainer videos that effectively communicate our offerings.
  • Ensuring the design excellence of Khealth.com and overseeing the web presence across all direct-to-consumer landing pages.
  • Collaborating on co-branding initiatives with renowned healthcare organizations like Cedars-Sinai, Mayo Clinic, and others.
  • Designing all aspects of organic and paid growth marketing, focusing on impactful visuals to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Crafting visually appealing CRM campaigns and other digital communications such as customer retention emails and in-app messaging.
  • Designing various collateral materials including brochures, posters, and swag items to support marketing and branding efforts.

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years of digital design experience at a start-up, ad agency, or design shop.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and image retouching using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in video and motion design, including 2-D animation.
  • Ability to generate creative solutions and produce engaging designs quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for exploration, learning, and personal growth within the creative field.
  • Demonstrates a genuine collaborative spirit, actively contributing to team dynamics.
  • Confident in presenting work and justifying design decisions effectively.
  • Flexibility to accommodate design revisions promptly.
  • Highly organized and punctual in executing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Compensation:
$110,000$130,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
