About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Management Associate to join our team. A successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, capacity planning, and operational coordination for clinicians. This includes generating schedules, monitoring adherence, managing provider shift changes, and coordinating with Practice Managers and clinicians to ensure smooth clinic operations.
This is a high-impact role for the organization, directly impacting patient care quality and quantity, as well as provider satisfaction. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Clinical scheduling management
- Generate and upload monthly schedules for KMD providers across platforms.
- Manage recurring schedule changes, including adding, canceling, and updating provider shifts.
- Coordinate and communicate about requests with providers.
- Coordinate with capacity teams for urgent scheduling adjustments outside office hours.
- Configure appointment availability in Salesforce Scheduler.
- Understand the impact of scheduling activities on operations.
- Other duties as assigned, related to creating and maintaining provider schedules.
- Assist in payroll processes, by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of operations
What we’re looking for:
- Workforce management and scheduling experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Some proficiency in scheduling software (particularly Arya, SalesForce and Epic), Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce Scheduler is a plus.
- This position will be working in our NYC Office, 4 days a week
