About Kinetic

The Kinetic team is on a mission to create a safer workplace and better life for the industrial workforce around the world. Kinetic develops innovative technology that is used to predict, prevent and manage injuries in the industrial workforce.

Our first product was a wearable device that monitors kinematic motion of an employee and helps provide coaching and monitoring of high-risk ergonomic motions such as bending, twisting, and jumping.

Kinetic has deployed our technology to over 85,000 workers in the last 8 years and has seen great success when the device is complemented with workforce education, coaching, and regular interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a company fusing technology with best-in-class services to create happier, healthier employees.

In addition to wearable technology, Kinetic also offers technology products like GenerativeAI to examine data to help our customers set safety strategies, computer vision to capture unsafe behaviors in our customers facilities and software that automatically creates light duty jobs to transition employees back to work when an injury occurs

The role

As a front-line partner to our clients and their employees, primarily large Fortune 1000 businesses, you will combine your athletic therapy background with our technology to help industrial employees both prevent and manage on-the-job injuries. As the front line expert, you will be assessing and treating injuries to the musculoskeletal system (muscles, bones, and joints), including injury assessment and prevention, ergonomics, acute care, rehabilitation and reconditioning.

Upon joining Kinetic, you will receive training on our wearables, how to manage a program using the devices, and how to integrate our devices into an industrial workforce. You will work on-site or across multiple sites in a region, overseeing injury reduction programs, implementing wearable device usage, and conducting ergonomics assessments and coaching sessions based on device data.

The ideal candidate has a background in health, wellness, or related fields, demonstrates proactive, critical thinking skills and has a passion for leveraging technology and ergonomic data to drive results.
