As a global, remote-first company, Latch has IT assets and users distributed worldwide. The IT manager will manage and coordinate the infrastructure and information systems that make that possible. The IT manager will directly manage the members of the IT Team, carry out duties related to the design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. The IT Manager works closely with the information security team to ensure information systems remain secure and compliant with policies and regulations. The IT Manager may also be required to interface with vendors to select, onboard, maintain, and offboard software and cloud applications for the Latch userbase. In the role, the IT Manager will also serve as the liaison between Latch and IT service providers.</p> <p></p> <p> <strong>Information Technology Manager Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Customer oriented.
