About us:

Latch was founded in NYC a decade ago with a vision to create unparalleled experience for residents through hardware and software. Now after 100+ million locks, we're continuing that vision to transform how people interact with spaces everywhere. With our newly established headquarters in St Louis we are continuing to unify access to spaces, services, and experiences that redefine the way we live, work, and connect.

Latch is a part of DOOR with the mission to enhance the residential living experience with its DOOR app, which brings together products, services, technology, and community to reduce costs for building owners and deliver the living experience residents expect in today’s world. Built on the strong foundation Latch established with its access control and entry systems, the DOOR app is anchored by the Doorman, an AI assistant that combines the technology and unique data of each building to serve timely and relevant information to residents and property managers. From access control to monitoring for leaky toilets and checking the status of amenities and service providers, DOOR supports all the needs of residential living in one, easy-to-use app.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Channel Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our partner ecosystem through effective management and enablement of channel relationships. You will serve as a key liaison and trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they are empowered with the tools, training, and strategic guidance needed for mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with channel partners to drive alignment, engagement, and performance.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while ensuring they are properly enabled with the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market strategies, joint business plans, and sales targets.
  • Deliver ongoing partner enablement initiatives, including training programs and sales support, to accelerate growth and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics; implement actionable plans to achieve key performance indicators and revenue objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, proactively resolving issues and ensuring a smooth and effective partnership experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams—sales, marketing, product, and support—to deliver cohesive and value-driven partner solutions.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and partner needs to identify growth opportunities and refine channel strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, access control, or a related field.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or telecommunications is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic partner relationships with measurable success.
  • Skilled in negotiation and influence, with a commitment to achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities, with a data-informed approach.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, and sales enablement platforms.

Joining us means:

  • Having teammates all over the world in the US, Argentina, Spain and Romania.
  • Collaborating in a fast-paced environment where you can apply what you have learned in new challenges, and, more importantly, grow your career.
  • Being encouraged to invent and innovate within your role and working in a company where calculated risk-taking is highly encouraged and thinking outside the box is a must.

We embrace diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment for all.
