The Opportunity
Join Lunchbox, a dynamic team of tech and food enthusiasts, as a B2B Community Growth Marketing Manager! We're a collection of enterprise solutions that revolutionize the digital restaurant experience. Led by food industry experts and we continue to make a significant impact in the FoodTech space. As a B2B Community Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape our online community, drive engagement, and contribute to the success of our innovative solutions.

Weekly Expectations:

  • Build social campaigns; strategy, copy, and plugin.
  • Build email drip campaigns for segmented outreach.
  • Work with designers and Director of Content to pull relevant assets for each posting.
  • Assess and report on performance across social and email channels.


  • 2+ years experience in online community management, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with B2B Enterprise software copywriting.
  • Experience using Sprout Social or a similar social media management tool.
  • Experience developing full social strategy and calendar related to current campaigning and content rollouts.
  • Direct experience scoping and launching community initiatives in a startup environment (e.g. generating webinar registrants , etc.).
  • Direct experience building strong and compelling email copy for our newsletters and email outreach campaigns.
  • Skilled in growing a community to drive top-of-funnel business.
  • Experience driving, maintaining, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics across all social and email campaigns; strong skills in pivoting direction based on performance.
  • Excellent and articulate communicator.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in startups, and readiness to share what you’ve learned.
