The Opportunity
The role will be responsible for the development, delivery, and administration of sales training and enablement curriculums for Lunchbox Sales organization. You will own the creation of a training and enablement program including, but not limited to; building playbooks on areas like outbound prospecting, sales process, and qualification framework, with an emphasis on decreasing ramp time, and increasing efficiency and performance.
What You’ll Do
Scale 30/60/90 key performance activities as part of onboarding to decrease ramp and increase sales efficiency and performance (ex. pitch certifications)
Expand our coaching framework and relevant materials for managers to support areas such as deal reviews and performance evaluations
Develop skill-based training programs based on sales competencies to elevate the skill sets of the sales organization
Build sales playbooks and resources on topics, such as outbound prospecting, sales process best practices, account mapping to drive consistency, etc.
Conduct analysis to identify sales training/collateral opportunities for ongoing Account Executive enablement
Compliment sales managers by providing additional 1:1 and team coaching
Track, measure, and evaluate training effectiveness and performance metrics for continuous improvement to the curriculum; producing high-level reports to accelerate the success of the sales organization
Approach coaching and training programs with data-driven goals such as, reducing ramp time, increasing average deal size, reducing time-to-close
Help build and drive adoption of the company’s qualification framework and sales methodology
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years experience in a training role and/or sales leadership
Working knowledge of an LMS and relevant software like Lessonly
Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs using skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, processes and methodologies including methods and techniques used in training assessment, design, development and measurement
Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively both orally and in writing
