The Opportunity
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Lunchbox, you’ll work closely with our existing partners (100+) to strengthen our relationship, while also working to identify new strategic partnerships that complement the Lunchbox platform. We are looking for a motivated, organized, team first thinker who is excited to build a new line of business for our team. You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Align your goals with strategic objectives in order to grow company revenue and market share
  • Identify, qualify and execute opportunities with existing and new partnerships to leverage brand and sales verticals
  • Become a subject matter expert on our current and future initiatives and drive partnership strategies both internally and externally
  • Influence and shape our value proposition that we present to strategic partners
  • Deliver insights back to our product & benefits marketplace teams to drive roadmap addressing customer priorities and critical needs
  • Work alongside product and marketing teams to determine the go to market strategy for future product integrations
  • Serve as a cross-functional member of the partnerships leader team with a focus on delivering business results
  • Advise and implement procedures to measure impact of technology partners and integrations to then report results to the leadership team
  • Develop business cases for partnership opportunities to obtain approvals and resources from internal stakeholders for new integration partners
  • Report results from tech partners on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Share feedback from partner clients to inform our product roadmap and operations

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):

  • Strong network and industry knowledge within hospitality and digital marketing ecosystems is required
  • 3+ years experience partnerships role with partnership management
  • Experience developing a sales strategy for companies selling a marketing solution
  • Ability to work closely with external partners and create a positive partner experience throughout the life cycle of partner relationships, understanding partner needs and proactively recommending solutions.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and create actionable strategies to drive growth in the partnership program.
  • Proven ability for effective networking online and at in-person events
  • Proactive team player with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to industry events and partner sites as needed (20% or less)
  • In one month you will:
  • Have 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and your key org players
  • Shadow some amazing colleagues and start building out
  • Start making Lunchbox connections and introductions to your network
  • Attend/watch/complete internal training sessions
  • By 60 days you will:
  • Managing segments of the Partnership Strategy
  • Partners you manage will be driving business to Lunchbox
  • Forecasting new business opportunities from in flight partnerships and new partners in the pipeline
  • By 90 days you will:
  • Identify new partnership opportunities (assuming they spent previous time dipping into their network)
  • Develop new partnership initiatives - work with cross-functional teams to develop new partnership opportunities
  • Implement partnership plan - executing on the roadmap, build new relations, and expanding existing partnerships
