About Lyric
Lyric is building the world’s first Supply Chain AI platform designed to empower businesses to make smarter, faster decisions using the full power of modeling, simulation, and algorithmic intelligence. As our go-to-market engine scales, we’re looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to help us orchestrate, automate, and optimize how we go to market.

What You'll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing operations, owning the tools, data, and processes that keep our campaigns running and our pipeline growing. From launching email nurtures to fine-tuning lead flows and reporting what’s working, you’ll be a key partner across the entire GTM motion.

Key Responsibilities

From Day 1 -

  • HubSpot Hero: Own our marketing automation system, building and maintaining workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and email programs.

  • MarTech Stack Owner: Manage tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, RB2B, and LinkedIn Ads while exploring new tech to scale what’s working.

  • Campaign Command: QA and launch emails, forms, landing pages, and nurture flows for webinars, events (like our Flagship event Empower), and integrated campaigns.

  • Data Integrity & Funnel Health: Keep our data clean and actionable. Manage UTM strategy, ensure accurate campaign attribution, and monitor funnel KPIs.

  • GTM Backbone: Support product launches, event execution, and experimentation across paid, content, and ABM motions.

Future State -

  • Sales Partnering: Collaborate closely with SDRs and Sales Ops to ensure seamless lead routing, tracking, and conversion workflows.

  • SEO & Web Ops Support: Help us grow organically by optimizing key pages, tracking performance in GSC and SEMrush, and coordinating with the content and web teams.

  • Compliance Keeper: Ensure GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance is baked into all marketing processes.

What You Bring

  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing ops at a tech or SaaS company

  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise (certifications welcome)

  • Solid understanding of attribution, UTM strategy, ABM tools, and basic SEO/analytics tools

  • A love of data, process, and clean systems

  • A bias toward action and comfort in fast-changing, startup environments

  • Bonus: Experience with design and previous work supporting US based companies
