New York, NY - Onsite
Who We Are
Maybern is transforming the way private fund managers effectively manage their funds through cutting edge technology. Maybern is founded by top engineering experts with deep knowledge of the fund management space.
Private funds manage $15T in capital and are growing at 20% YoY, but with increasing regulatory scrutiny and investor demands for transparency, the need for world class software to help private fund CFOs is crucial.
This is where Maybern comes in.
We are equipping fund managers with intuitive, flexible fund management software, enabling private investment managers to focus on what they do best: driving returns for their investors.
We are backed by leading venture capital firms and a large number of strategic investors.
Maybern is an NYC based company with an in-office culture to drive collaboration, and we are looking to make strong additions to our team.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for entrepreneurial and creative product managers with 2+ years of experience working on complex business problems and a relentless drive to deliver excellent customer outcomes. The problems that we are solving at Maybern involve a massive amount of business logic complexity, and our PMs need to be able to both understand the big picture and get into the weeds. Being successful at Maybern means having an entrepreneurial spirit and a high sense of intellectual curiosity.
What You'll Do
Product discovery & research: You’ll conduct user research and data analysis to understand our users’ needs and opportunity areas. You’ll use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product priorities and decisions. You’ll balance the ultimate user experience with business goals, and break down complex problems in order to identify and manage their solutions.
Product delivery: You’ll partner with Engineering and Design to ensure the delivery of high quality product solutions. When new questions and unknowns arise, you’ll dig in to find answers and unblock the team’s progress.
Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll synthesize research learnings to share cross-functionally. You’ll keep stakeholders informed on progress, roadblocks, and any impacts to timelines. You’ll leverage the internal accounting expertise of our Product Operations team to help inform scoping decisions.
Contributing to our foundations: You’ll work closely with our Director of Product on product strategy and roadmap. As our team continues to grow, you’ll own refining parts of our product process to help us more seamlessly scale.
