Noom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Project Manager (Contractor) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering Shopify projects from concept to launch, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, manage, and deliver Shopify projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals and timelines are met
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage project risks and issues, and provide timely and effective solutions
• Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed of project progress and any changes to scope or timeline
• Provide expertise and guidance on Shopify platform features, functionality, and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in Shopify project management
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project management with a focus on Shopify
• Strong understanding of the Shopify platform, including features, functionality, and integration with third-party tools and applications
• Experience managing Shopify Plus projects is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Details:

• This is a 3-6 month contract to start, with opportunity to convert to FTE, pending performance.
• Compensation will include a market-competitive hourly rate.
