Our Talent team is seeking a strategic, adaptable, and driven Senior Recruiter to hire incredible people for Noom. You will be a critical part of an ambitious and high-performing Talent org, directly impacting Noom’s mission to help people live healthier, happier lives. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own full-cycle recruiting (Source to Close) for roles across a variety of functions, such as Product, Healthcare, our Customer/Revenue focused teams, and more. You’re excited to support the business and drive growth wherever is most needed.
- Proactively source, recruit, engage, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles and key areas at Noom. You’ll leverage social media, networking, various tools, industry relationships, and community engagement to identify top talent.
- Represent an inspirational candidate experience and positive employer brand, successfully communicating the best of what Noom has to offer, as well as embodying our culture and values.
- Partner with hiring managers, People Team stakeholders, and leadership, as an invaluable talent partner in the development of hiring plans and recruitment strategies.
- Provide thoughtful guidance and support to all stakeholders involved in the interview process throughout the entirety of the search, balancing priorities appropriately.
- Demonstrate excellence in the craft of recruitment through all your contributions: from thoroughly evaluating candidates, collaborating to improve processes, representing the Talent team positively via stakeholder partnerships, mentoring and supporting your teammates, staying informed on industry trends, and more.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years as a full-cycle Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth, start-up environment.
- Experience leading recruitment searches across a variety of domains at the same time. Preference for experience within Product, Customer/Revenue focus, or Health Tech.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, which you continuously hone and can adapt to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and grow relationships with a diverse array of candidates, through a variety of methods.
- Excitement about Noom’s mission and a can-do, team-first mentality; no task is too small, and you’re motivated to jump in wherever is needed.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic business partner to your hiring stakeholders.
- Technological savviness with key recruitment tools. Preference for familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem/TopFunnel/or a comparable tool.
- Preference for East-Coast based candidates at this time.

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000 - $173,000.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
