We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team and help manage the IT infrastructure of our Princeton, NJ office. This role involves maintaining and improving network systems, providing support to ensure high levels of functionality and efficiency, and collaborating with various departments to meet their technical needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT systems, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to provide high-quality support to our staff.

What you’ll be doing:

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintaining: Monitoring systems and keeping hardware and software inventories up to date
• Configuring: Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and applications
• Developing: Creating custom systems for clients, and developing and implementing security policies
• Documenting: Keeping records of issues, solutions, and system configurations
• Managing: Managing projects and coordinating with other IT staff
• Training: Teaching users how to use new systems and hardware
• Ordering: Getting supplies and equipment as needed
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting, server administration, and cloud services.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Base Salary:

• The expected base salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
