We are looking for a Lead Product Designer specifically focused on helping customers navigate our product tiers and checkout through a superlative user experience. The ideal candidate will operate comfortably at the intersection of growth and product design, be metrics-driven, passionate about experimentation, and dedicated to creating engaging, user-centric experiences that drive impactful business results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the design efforts for Product Tiering, Offers, and Checkout, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience that aligns with Noom’s product portfolio.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and develop solutions that improve user satisfaction and drive growth.
  • Apply growth design principles to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates through innovative design solutions that align with Noom’s goals and values.
  • Create design artifacts including flow-charts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the user journey and interaction flow for growth experiments.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Noom’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across various touchpoints of the product.
  • Collaborate with Product Management partners to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of design changes and inform iterative improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and growth methodologies to continually enhance the growth design process.
  • Present design rationale, concepts, and results to cross-functional teams, advocating for user-centered design strategies that drive growth.
  • Engage with the broader Product Design and Insights Team to share learnings and seek inputs.
  • Continuously iterate on design solutions based on feedback and performance metrics, aiming to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers, fostering a collaborative environment within the design team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years experience as a Product Designer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience with design for growth experimentation, A&B testing, involving fast-moving, iterative, hypothesis driven testing and product building
  • Demonstrable record of shipping successful projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to drive user engagement and conversion through design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven design methodologies.
  • Expert understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing business goals with user needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,000 - $249,000.
    • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
