In this role, we’re looking for an exceptional product leader to help accelerate our telehealth programs (known as Noom Med), combining behavior change and psychology with a holistic clinical approach and access to life-changing medications. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Noom Med products and services. You will work with a talented team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally to drive the development and enhancement of healthcare solutions that align with Noom's mission and goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, proven ability to build and scale exceptional consumer experiences, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating impactful products that drive positive health outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and execute the product strategy for Noom’s Med offerings, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market needs.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality products. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Manage product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the development process to ensure timely and successful product releases.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points within the healthcare domain. Advocate for the customer experience and ensure that products meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of healthcare products. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture while providing guidance on product development, prioritization, and execution.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior executives and other key stakeholders. Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and industry experts to enhance product offerings and drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Telemedicine and/or Clinical technology, with a consumer focus.
- Passion for digital health and commitment to advancing our mission of empowering everyone, everywhere to lead a better, healthier life.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence across teams/organizations.
- Experience working at startup or in another high-ambiguity environment.

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000 - $273,000.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
