We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our Direct-to-Consumer (with a focus on healthcare) business segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and provide strategic insights that support decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the development and management of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the D2C business.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, comparing performance against budget and forecasts, and provide insights on variances.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project D2C revenue and costs, incorporating key business drivers and market trends.
- Revenue & Cost Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze D2C revenue streams, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis, including COGS, shipping, marketing, and other operational expenses, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Partner with the marketing and product teams to evaluate the financial impact of promotions, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
- Reporting & Dashboarding:
- Create and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of presentations for executive management, board meetings, and investor relations, focusing on D2C performance and strategy.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate business cases for new D2C initiatives, including market expansion, customer acquisition strategies, and channel optimization.
- Provide financial support and analysis for M&A activities related to the D2C segment, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and reporting for the D2C business.
- Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on D2C, SaaS, etc. (healthcare experience is a big plus).
- Strong financial modeling skills, with expertise in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights).
- Deep understanding of D2C business models, including revenue recognition, cost structures, and key performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus.

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 - $117,00.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
