As the Associate Director of Commercial Content Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Noom’s B2B content ecosystem. Your expertise in nutrition, well-being, and psychology, coupled with your knowledge of payer buyer types, will be essential in helping to shape our commercial story for Employers, Health Plans, PBMs, Channel Partners, Providers and Government. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our internal Behavioral Science, Clinical, and Product teams to integrate their insights into our content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our mission, brand voice, buyer types, and business objectives.
- Build and manage the B2B “Content Factory,” including publishing schedules, analytics and always-on content that supports and engages B2B payer types.
- Partner closely with paid/owned channel partners to help inform distribution/channel strategy to improve content discoverability and user engagement.
- Research, write, and curate comprehensive content that educates/inspires decision makers and influencers on health benefits to weight loss, stress management, GLP-1 medications, and impact on chronic conditions, and overall health cost savings.
- Draft creative briefs and work closely with our internal creative on the development and execution of content strategy
- Collaborate closely with internal behavioral science and clinical teams, as well as external health/industry experts to formulate and regularly update evidence-based outcomes.
- Work with domain experts to ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines, disclaimers, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, marketing, clinical, and product to ensure content quality and effectiveness.
- Monitor content performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
- Integrate workflows into content scaling and production processes
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content.
- Proven experience (5-7+ years) in data-driven content creation and management in the health and wellness industry
- Provides thought leadership and direction for marketing solutions.
- Passionate interest in weight loss, psychology-based solutions using CBT, the chronic conditions associated with stress/weight, and the current landscape of programs/solutions to manage obesity and stress
- Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, clinical) and Creative to achieve content goals.
- Experience with content creation designed to drive SEO and digital engagement
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of commercial buyer types, how they consume content, their buying cycles, and moments of truth in the decision-making journey
- Passion for solving the obesity epidemic and easing the burden of stress and anxiety
- Familiarity and experimentation with AI content production a plus

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$207,000.
- The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
