Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We’re a consumer-lead digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, whether fully-remote or in one of our offices, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.

At Noom, our Product team blends deep customer empathy, healthcare expertise, and trustworthy insights to design innovative, transformative experiences that help people lead healthier lives. Noom Health, our B2B offering, provides whole-person care through scalable, high-impact solutions that empower employers and health plans to drive engagement, improve outcomes, and deliver value-based care to diverse populations. Noom Health has millions of covered lives, and works with thousands of partners, including large health plans and Fortune 500 employers.

About the Role
As we continue to expand our B2B offerings, we’re seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of reporting tools and data products that drive operational visibility, client-facing insights, and partner business value. In this role, you'll partner across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Client Success to build scalable, standardized data and reporting capabilities that help our teams and partners make informed decisions and showcase impact.

You Will

  • Define and own the roadmap for Noom Health’s reporting and data products
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize internal and external reporting needs across clinical, engagement, outcomes, ROI, and operational metrics
  • Translate complex data into clear, consistent, and actionable insights for a range of audiences, from executive teams to client partners
  • Lead the end-to-end development of internal dashboards and external reporting suites
  • Shape how we frame, define, and communicate key performance indicators across Noom Health offerings
  • Ensure reporting and data outputs are well-documented, trustworthy, and aligned to consistent data definitions
  • Advocate for data as a core product capability, not just a service—framing insights that highlight Noom’s differentiated value

About You
If you’re passionate about turning complex data into powerful product capabilities that inform strategy, empower teams, and impress clients, this role may be for you!

You Have

  • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2–3+ years focused on data products or analytics platforms
  • Proven experience in health tech, digital health, or other regulated industries
  • A strong track record of delivering reporting or visibility tools—both internal dashboards and external client reporting
  • A clear, structured approach to defining metrics, aligning stakeholders, and communicating data stories
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams

What Makes This Job Amazing

  • Be a key player in scaling data as a product capability within a mission-driven health organization
  • Build tools that impact frontline teams, executive strategy, and client success alike
  • Work at the intersection of analytics, storytelling, and health outcomes
  • Collaborate with thoughtful, high-impact teams across Product, Engineering, and Commercial
