Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We’re a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, whether fully-remote or in one of our offices, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.

Our Business Operations & Strategy Team

At Noom, the Business Operations & Strategy team is an agile group of operators and strategists within the Healthcare organization who partner across the entire business to unblock growth, scale best practices, and keep the engine running smoothly. We pride ourselves on rolling up our sleeves, supporting one another, and celebrating wins big and small.

Health plans and strategic channel partnerships are the growth engine behind Noom Health, our B2B business line. They give us the distribution power to put Noom’s evidence‑based behavior change programs into the hands of millions of covered lives and generate cost savings and positive health outcomes for the plans and partners. Every new client we activate represents a meaningful business opportunity and a chance to improve population health at scale. Flawless operations are what transform those opportunities into reality.

About the Role

Noom Health is looking for a Client Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations that keep our health plan and channel partner programs running smoothly. You’ll turn complexity into clarity so our partners (and their members) have a seamless experience from launch through renewal. You’ll be the connective tissue between Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and external stakeholders—building repeatable processes, safeguarding data flows, and jumping in when something goes sideways.

You Will

  • Manage partner operations – Oversee and optimize the full lifecycle of operational workflows for assigned health plans and strategic partnership clients, serving as the primary operational point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stand up and maintain eligibility operations – Scope partner-specific requirements, define file cadences and connection methods (SFTP, API, etc.), lead user-acceptance testing and pre-launch validation, monitor files post-go-live, and support changes and updates.
  • Serve as the claims-billing operations liaison – Support system setup with our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, track and report on denials and CPT code patterns, and troubleshoot issues with our claims vendor and plan stakeholders.
  • Lead marketing file workflows – Scope and implement partner-specific email processes and build launch toolkits so campaigns hit the right members at the right time.
  • Manage client escalations and inquiries – Act as the primary bridge between Customer Support and Account Management when eligibility, data or billing issues arise; Develop SOPs and escalation protocols to ensure rapid and consistent handling of member and partner concerns.
  • Own reporting infrastructure – Set reporting standards, automate data feeds, and support development of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with performance data and actionable insights; Track and report on SLAs.
  • Create & maintain technical and process documentation – Own documentation for implementation checklists, file specs, protocols, and SOPs; Codify best practices and identify areas for continuous improvement.

About You

You’re a process-obsessed operator who loves partnering across functions to make messy problems disappear. You balance strategic thinking with an eye for the tiniest data discrepancy, and you’re comfortable translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences. Most importantly, you thrive in an environment where priorities shift quickly and success is measured in partner satisfaction and operational uptime.

You Have

  • 5+ years in client operations, implementation, or revenue operations—ideally with health plans or digital-health partnerships
  • Proven experience managing eligibility feeds, EDI/API integrations, or other healthcare data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of claims billing or RCM processes and related compliance requirements
  • Fluency in Excel/Sheets plus a BI or visualization tool (Looker/Tableau) to build and automate reporting
  • Strong project-management chops—you’ve run UAT cycles, maintained RAID logs, and can juggle multiple go-live timelines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; you can create crisp SOPs and influence cross-functional teams without authority
A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for improving population health through tech-enabled solutions

What Makes This Job Amazing

  • You’ll be at the forefront of scaling Noom’s B2B operations—turning partner complexity into streamlined, high-impact systems.
  • Your work will directly support the health outcomes of thousands of members and the success of our strategic partnerships.
  • You’ll collaborate with smart, driven teammates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • You’ll have the autonomy to build and optimize processes from the ground up, making a measurable impact from day one.
