At Noom, our Corporate Strategy & Operations team drives cross-functional alignment and scalable execution across the company. We connect strategic vision to day-to-day operations, enabling teams to operate efficiently and effectively while delivering high-impact results. As Noom Med continues to expand, our team is laying the foundation for pharmacy partnerships and operational excellence.

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Pharmacy Operations Associate to support Noom Med's expanding GLP-1Rx and broader medication fulfillment initiatives. This role will manage pharmacy operations, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, Care Coordinators, pharmacy representatives, labs, and clinicians. You’ll play a critical part in troubleshooting issues, refining processes, and helping scale Noom’s pharmacy-related offerings.

You Will

  • Manage and optimize the medication order ticketing system, resolving pharmacy-related and other operational inquiries.
  • Coordinate with multiple pharmacy vendors and clinical partners to support Noom Med’s expanding medication offerings.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Customer Experience, to address escalations, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment issues.
  • Monitor reporting, SLA adherence, KPIs, and quality metrics to improve operational performance.
  • Apply insights and learnings to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance the member experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the launch of new products and medication categories.

About You

You Have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of relevant education.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clinicians, pharmacy reps, and patients.
  • Experience with vendor or program management and familiarity with compounding pharmacies is a plus.
  • Comfortable with EMR/EHR systems and digital healthcare tools.
  • Familiarity with Looker, Iterable, Mixpanel, Zendesk, or Jira is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a service mindset when working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.

Compensation Package

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $69,000 - $94,000
    • This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.
  • Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package
    • Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This may include a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare (featuring a plan with premiums covered by Noom), paid holidays and paid leave (including Summer Fridays), 401k program, and various cash stipends and budgets for employees (wellness, tech, learning & development, etc).

  • This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site preferred in one of our offices:

  • We may be open to remotely-based candidates, pending skills and experience for the role.
