We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Systems - NetSuite to join our growing team.
How you’ll make an impact:
The role success relies heavily on collaboratively partnering with finance, operations, accounting, procurement, data science, and other teams within the organization to identify the highest impact technology opportunities to leverage NetSuite and improve the user experience
Work with the leadership team to lead the long term technical vision for NetSuite, including integrating with other enterprise systems such as RF Smart, Concur, ADP, Adaptive Insights, and our own customer platform.
Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite and lead projects in collaboration with the business, product team and stakeholders to assess business requirements, craft solutions and deliver within deadlines emphasizing NetSuite best practices
Manage the development of customized NetSuite solutions by conducting research, design and development of optimal solutions with a “cloud-first” mentality.
Lead NetSuite projects across all Software Development Life Cycle stages ie discovery, build, testing, training and deployment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting or finance
8-10+ years of experience with NetSuite OneWorld, preferably SuiteFoundations certified.
Experience with the following NetSuite Modules: Advanced Financials, Advanced Inventory, Light Manufacturing, Fixed Assets, and Banking.
Solid experience integrating core NetSuite modules with both 3rd party applications (RF Smart, Concur, ADP, Adaptive Insights, etc) and in-house developed solutions.
Ability to perform data analysis, data source identification, conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings and presentations together with good understanding of data import and export using CSV, APIs and using other methods between NetSuite and 3rd party systems
Ability to effectively communicate both technical and functional concepts at all levels, including executive management, both within the organization and externally
This is an L6 Director role. Base compensation is $150,000 - $175,000.
