We are a fast-growing portfolio of brands in the home category looking for a skilled and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in CRO, with a proven track record of optimizing digital touchpoints.
The CRO Manager will be responsible for ideating, managing, and analyzing A/B tests to increase website traffic and drive revenue through sales funnels. They will create a cohesive strategy that takes into account every stage of the customer journey, from first click to final purchase, in order to maximize company KPIs.
Qualified candidates will understand how best to optimize user experience and convert customers at varying stages of the purchase funnel. They will do this by identifying opportunities, defining business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and 3rd parties, and finding solutions that can improve the overall customer journey and experience. They will also have some knowledge of basic statistical practices for running experiments.
This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director of CRO.
